Sauerkraut & pickles the old-fashioned way. Learn all the basics of natural pickling, aka lacto-fermentation. Demo class will cover the science, techniques & tips of natural fermentation. Though class will focus on sauerkraut, pickles & hot sauce, but will also touch on slaws, salsa, kimchi etc.
