The Cadillac of meals...if Cadillacs were made made of local eggs and heritage breed bacon and served at a reasonable weekend hour.

Well, we make bacon, sausage, ham, sourdough breads, cheese and we have chickens laying eggs in our backyard. If we didn't offer brunch, it would just be silly. Our plan is to offer reservation-only brunches at least once a month. These brunches will be in different locations and different days, but they will always feature real made-from-scratch food.
