Learn the tips, tricks and science that will help you cook steakhouse quality steaks at home. We will prepare Wagyu beef ribeye, Berkshire pork center-cut chop, extra thin Duroc pork shoulder as scallopini, and practice reverse searing with a 3 inch thick steak as well. We will also learn some classic sauces.
