Much more than just some brats and beer. Three courses of traditional German food featuring real fermented sauerkraut and many cured and smoked meats from local heritage breed pork all made by us at Cure Cooking in Ft. Calhoun. Local craft beers available for purchase from Too Far North.
Limited to just 40 people. Must reserve online (see link under photo).
Appetizers or various hearty German salads.
Main course is an Alsatian classic, choucroute garnie. Sauerkraut is braised with white wine, juniper berries, garlic, onions and apples and more and then topped with all manner or roasted pork: sausage, chops, bacon, hocks etc.
Dessert will be apfelpfannkuchen, German apple pancakes topped with fresh cream
