Pay a $5 deposit per roast now and pay remainder when you pick up. Roasts range from 3-4 lbs. You can pick out your preferred size from what is remaining when you pick up.

Must pick-up Fri. April 18th 10 - 6 pm or Sat. April 19th 10-4 pm (No exceptions).

These are local beyond-Prime American Wagyu (Wagyu - Angus cross) Top Sirloin roasts. They are a great alternative to more expensive Prime Rib. Frankly, we feel they have more flavor. Cook how you like, but we recommend 500 F. for 20 minutes. Turn the oven off and leave the door closed for another 45 minutes and it comes out crispy on the outside and pink and rare in the middle (see photo).
