Dry-cured Hams

LIMIT 3 PER CUSTOMER

$12 per lb. Pay a $5 deposit per ham now and pay remainder at pick up.

Must pick-up Fri. April 18th 10-6 pm or Sat. April 19th 10-4 pm (No exceptions).

Hams are about 2 - 4 lbs. each. Different styles of ham have different weights, so read the descriptions. If you are afraid 1 won’t be enough, you can pre-order up to 3, but 3 is the limit.

Hams are cured from local forest-raised Idaho Pasture pigs raised just minutes north of the shop. Some of the Sirloin & Sweetheart Hams are also from local outdoor-raised Berkshire pigs. All were dry-cured 3 weeks before cold-smoking over a real wood fire of white oak. Ready to eat. Can be enjoyed cold or hot. Comes with warming instructions.
