Spring is here and summer is coming. Imagine sitting down to a plate of your ripe local tomatoes and some creamy fresh mozzarella. Now imagine the mozzarella is yours. This hands-on class will teach you how to make your own mozzarella at home and how to turn the fresh whey into true traditional ricotta. One gallon of milk will turn into 2 fresh cheeses.

You will leave the class with fresh mozzarella and recipes and a basic mozzarella cheese kit.

Private Classes 
(Schedule anytime and priced per group)
1-4 Students $100 total
5-10 Students $200 total

Public Classes
$50 per Student

Location
Cheese making classes are best held in our house in Midtown Omaha, but it is also possible to use your kitchen (additional fee of $20 per class).

Time
Each class is 2 hours and includes practical instruction and sampling and food science and even a little food history.

Equipment
All equipment and ingredients provided for class and each student or couple receives a basic mozzarella making kit to take home.
