$14 per lb. Pay a $5 deposit per ham now and pay remainder at pick up.

Must pick-up Sat. Dec 21st. 10 - 4 pm or Mon. Dec. 23rd 10-6 pm (No exceptions).

Ham sizes vary, but are about 2 - 2.5 lbs. each. You can pick out your preferred size from what is remaining when you pick up. If you are afraid 1 won’t be enough, you can pre-order up to 3, but 3 is the limit.

Beyond Prime American Wagyu Bottom Round dry-cured and seasoned with our house-made Black Crowe rub. Smoked over real wood fire of maple, birch & cherry. Fully cured and smoked. Can be eaten cold or warm.
