Online Pre-Ordering

Pre-ordering starts 5 pm March 30th. There will be both our regular Dry-cured Hams Dry-cured Honey Loin Hams. Also available, Sirloin & Sirloin Filet roasts from local American Wagyu Beef and whole sides of Faroe Island Salmon (Note that nothing will be visible until 7 pm.

Pick-Up

Everything must be picked up in-person at our butcher shop April 3rd 10-6 pm or April 4th 10-4 pm (No Exceptions).

Payment

Pay $5 per product as a "down payment". Pay remainder when you pick-up in person and $5 is deducted from the total.
