Online Pre-Ordering

Pre-ordering starts 7 pm Thu. Nov. 20th. Several varieties of dry-cured hams (all from local heritage breed pigs), local American Wagyu Beef Hams, Tenderloin & Sirloin roasts also from local American Wagyu, local free-range Chickens, whole sides of Faroe Island Salmon & fresh Maine Scallops.

Pick-Up

Everything must be picked up in-person at our butcher shop Nov. 25th or 26th 10-6 pm (No Exceptions).

Payment

Pay $5 per product as a "down payment". Pay remainder when you pick-up in person and the $5 is deducted from the total.
