Online Pre-Ordering

Pre-ordering starts 7 pm Dec. 11th. Several varieties of dry-cured hams, local American Wagyu Pastrami, Tenderloin, Standing Rib Roasts & Sirloin roasts also from local American Wagyu, Porchetta and more. (Note that the link won’t work until 7 pm.)

Pick-Up

Everything must be picked up in-person at our butcher shop Dec. 22nd or 23rd 10-6 pm (No Exceptions).

Payment

Pay $5 per product as a "down payment". Pay remainder when you pick-up in person and $5 is deducted from the total.
