Sweet Dry-cured Hams

LIMIT 3 PER CUSTOMER

$12 per lb. Pay a $5 deposit per ham now and pay remainder at pick up.

Must pick-up Sat. Dec 21st. 10 - 4 pm or Mon. Dec. 23rd 10-6 pm (No exceptions).

Most hams are only about 2 - 3 lbs. each. If you are afraid 1 won’t be enough, you can pre-order up to 3, but 3 is the limit.

All the hams are cured from local forest-raised Idaho Pasture pigs raised just minutes north of the shop. They were cured 2 weeks with raw cane sugar for a bit of extra sweetness (but not overly sweet) before cold-smoking over a real wood fire of maple, cherry & birch. Ready to eat. Can be enjoyed cold or hot. Comes with warming instructions.
