$12 per lb. Pay a $5 deposit per ham now and pay remainder at pick up.

Larger Hams are about 3.5 - 4.5 lbs. Medium Hams about 2.5 - 3 lbs. each. If you are afraid 1 won’t be enough, you can pre-order up to 3.

Local forest-raised Idaho Pasture pigs raised just minutes north of the shop. These boneless hams dry-cured 3 weeks before cold-smoking over a real wood fire of white oak. Ready to eat. Can be enjoyed cold or hot. Comes with warming instructions.
