$16 per lb. Pay a $5 deposit per ham now and pay remainder at pick up.

Ham on the small side, so people can try it or have it on the side with another ham. About 1.5 lbs. each. You can pick out your preferred size from what is remaining when you pick up. If you are afraid 1 won’t be enough, you can pre-order up to 3, but 3 is the limit.

Local beyond Prime American Wagyu Bottom Round dry-cured and seasoned with our house-made Black Crowe rub (a pastrami-like coffee rub). Smoked over real wood fire of oak & hickory. Fully cured and smoked. Can be eaten cold or warm.
