Online Reservations start precisely 7 pm April 17th. Until then, “Click to Reserve” link will be blank. Only reservable items listed in preview below. All the other cuts etc. are for sale first-come first-serve to walk-in customers during our regular retail hours Fri. - Sat. Cuts & options for walk-in customers listed on our regular weekly menu Thu. and will be updated Fri. afternoon and Sat. morning as things sell.

Reservations only through the website (NO TEXT OR EMAIL OR FACEBOOK).
Must Pick-Up during our regular retail hours the week you reserve (NO SHIPPING OR DELIVERY):
Fri. 10 - 6 pm & Sat. 10 - 4 pmIf you can’t pick-up yourself, send someone to pick-up for you. We cannot hold it for an extra week for you.
If you don’t pick up by April 19th 4 pm, reservation is cancelled and $5 reservation fee(s) is forfeited.
You are making a reservation and only paying $5 per piece of meat. Upon pick-up, you will owe the full price of the order minus the $5 deposit.
